Training with GPC Ballarat
Part of My Road to Abu Dhabi
My Training with GPC
As I prepare for the 2026 World Multisport Championships in Abu Dhabi, a significant part of my training has been with the GPC Ballarat squad.
Although I am not personally coached, I regularly join the squad’s training sessions and have benefited greatly from the structured workouts, experienced coaches and supportive training environment.
Training alongside athletes of all abilities has helped improve my fitness, motivation and confidence as I work towards representing Australia in the Standard Distance Duathlon World Championships.

The quality of the training, experienced coaches and encouragement from fellow athletes have all played an important role in my preparation for the 2026 World Multisport Championships in Abu Dhabi.
One of the things I enjoy most about training with GPC is that athletes of all ages and abilities train together. Whether you’re chasing a personal best or preparing for a World Championship, everyone is made to feel welcome and supported.
