Session: Recovery Run

Location: Lake Wendouree, Ballarat

Distance: 16 km

Comments: Following my age group win in the Ballarat Athletics 8 km Cross Country, today’s run was an easy recovery session. The legs felt good, recovery was excellent, and it was a great morning to continue building towards Abu Dhabi.
